- 1 fresh Tuna Steak
- 1 tbsp Wasabi paste
- Sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp Sesame oil for frying
- Heat the sesame oil in a pan
- Spread the wasabi paste over the tuna steak and sprinkle with sesame seeds
- Sear the Tuna steak in oil
- In a separate pan flash fry the spinach in sesame oil
Serve Tuna on a bed of spinach and enjoy this fat burning meal
