Tuna steak with sesame crust

Tuna steak is a great source of protein and high in omega 3 fats, which have been shown to help burn fat around the middle.

Sesame seeds add a delicate nutty taste and are high in copper, which has been shown to reduce grey hairs.

Preparation time 5 minutes
Cooking time 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 fresh Tuna Steak
  • 1 tbsp Wasabi paste
  • Sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp Sesame oil for frying
  • Spinach

Directions

  1. Heat the sesame oil in a pan
  2. Spread the wasabi paste over the tuna steak and sprinkle with sesame seeds
  3. Sear the Tuna steak in oil
  4. In a separate pan flash fry the spinach in sesame oil

Serve Tuna on a bed of spinach and enjoy this fat burning meal
