Tofu stir fryThis is a delicious dish of stir fried tofu and broccoli, which contain cancer fighting properties. Japanese and Thai women have a much lower incidence of breast cancer, this appears to be due to their regular consumption of soya-based foods rich in phyto-oestrogens and isoflavones, which contain genistein which has been shown to inhibit the growth of cancer cells.
