Baked Parmesan Kale Chips

Kale Chips

Kale chips make a delicious low-fat, low-calorie, low-carb, gluten-free, vegetarian, and antioxidant rich snack


      • Olive oil
      • 1 bunch kale (12 oz after removed from stems)
      • a sprinkle of sea salt
      • Grated Parmesan cheese


      1. Place Kale on a baking sheet
      2. Dribble with olive oil and sprinkle with salt
      3. Bake about 10-12 minutes, turning and moving around as the kale shrinks
      4. Top with grated parmesan cheese
      5. Keep a close eye on them and bake for a further 3-5 minutes until crisp
