Roasted red pepper hummus

For a delicious, healthy snack try our roasted red pepper hummus.

It’s great as a starter or used as a dip or sandwich filler.

Preparation time 10 minutes
Cooking time around 25 minutes


  • 1 large red pepper for roasting
  • 1 can of chickpeas
  • 2 tbsp tahini paste
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • parlsey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • pinch of paprika


  1. Drizzle olive oil onto the red peppers and roast for 20 minutes
  2. Once roasted remove skin and slice pepper
  3. Chop the garlic
  4. Blend all ingredients to a purée

Serve with crudités and pita pockets.
