Try this quick and easy recipe for a Lime, pineapple and vanilla Protein Shake. Your choice of milk combined with vanilla flavored protein powder, pineapple, and lime juice give this shake a yummy flavor and will keep hunger at bay and satisfy your sweet tooth.
This recipe also makes a great pre gym snack or breakfast option if you are on the go or pressed for time.
- ½ cup skimmed milk or unsweetened soya or almond milk
- 1 scoop vanilla flavored protein powder (try spiru-tien vanilla or solgar protein powder)
- 3 tbsp canned crushed pineapple in sugar-free juice
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- ¾ cup crushed ice or 4 to 6 ice cubes
Combine all ingredients and ½ cup water into blender. Blend until desired consistency and enjoy!
